SOLD VICTORIAN HAIR LOCKET NECKLACE	Victorian Bohemian Hair Locket Necklace Item VNLB9122 This is one of the most stunning necklaces I have ever come across. It is a very rare and exquisite Victorian necklace from the 1850s to 1880s and is quite impressive. Stunning rose cut garnets cover the gold filled jewel. I haven't seen a necklace this unusual and this completely intact in many many years. Yes, I see occasional garnet brooches from time to time and sometimes a garnet necklace and sometimes a garnet hair locket. But a detachable-hair-locket-brooch-necklace? NEVER! The ornate gold locket brooch can be worn alone and is absolutely stunning. Without its 3/4" fancy attachment to the necklace, the brooch is 2 and 1/4" long. Together, the drop is 3" long. It is stately, beautiful, and utilitarian for it hooks on to the necklace at the center with a gold S loop clasp. Inside the locket there is a place for the hair of your loved one. With a 15" long garnet rosette chain that closes with a spring ring which is a replacement, I can extend the necklace up to 1 inch with a short gold chain at the back.This necklace was highly treasured in the 1800s and is even more treasured now as it is extremely rare. 2 garnets were replaced professionally. I have to tell you, I was blown away by this complicated and important necklace; I couldn't quit looking at it. Excellent condition. Price $1800.00 SOLD
VICTORIAN BOHEMIAN ROSE CUT GARNET CLOVER PIN	Victorian Bohemian Rose Cut Garnet Clover Pin Item VB9121 Sweeter than sweet! This dainty Victorian Bohemian Garnet Clover Pin is from the late 1800s. Over 100 years old, it is quite dainty at 1 and 3/8" long and just 3/8" wide. Closing with a long pin and simple C clasp, the garnets are deep red. They are set in clover settings and Sassy thinks it is most likely a low carat gold. But since she doesn't have time to test it, she is calling it gold filled. Excellent condition. SOLD VICTORIAN 1860s to 1880s BOHEMIAN GARNET BANGLE	Victorian Rose Cut Bohemian Garnet Clamper (not signed) Item VFBR9054 This stunning gold filled Victorian bracelet has the most beautiful garnets you'll ever see! A beautiful red wine color, they are rose cut garnets and form a pretty flower at the center. It's an antique bracelet from the 1860s to 1880s opens at the side with a hidden push clasp and has its original guard chain. These authentic older garnet bangles are getting harder and harder to find. So, when one of my pickers found it at a Scottsdale estate recently, I was absolutely thrilled. It is 3/4" tall and it is 2 and 3/8" in oval diameter so it will fit almost any wrist. The garnets go all the way around. Since it is oval shaped, the centerpiece stays on the top of the wrist where it belongs. Excellent condition. SOLD
